21 AMP members, 8 high schoolers recognized in NFPW Communication Contests
Twenty-one AMP members and eight Alabama high school students were recognized for their outstanding work in this year’s National Federation of Press Women Professional and High School Communication Contests.
Winners of the professional contest were announced June 25 during the NFPW conference in Fargo, N.D. AMP members received 29 awards, including nine first-place recognitions.
More than 2,000 entries were submitted in this year’s national contest. Winners in the contest first competed in contests within their state or in an at-large contest for states without contests.
